PART-TIME

Preferably Charlotte, NC but will accept other locations.

Shells Vintage Hat Co. is looking for a part-time photographer & content creator to help keep our brand fresh and our hat drops sharp.

This role is for someone who:

• Creates consistent photo and short-form video content for product drops
• Understands how to make specific hats feel relevant (teams, cities, moments, seasons)
• Thinks beyond shooting — helps shape drop visuals and content strategy
• Communicates clearly, follows through, and works without being micromanaged
• Likes sports and understands the culture behind what we make
  

You’ll be responsible for:

• Product photography for drops, site, and marketing use
• Short-form content for launches and ongoing brand content
• Helping plan and execute drop content and visuals
• Maintaining a steady flow of on-brand creative each month
  

Compensation & Structure

• This is a part-time, monthly retainer role
• Deliverables and retainer amount will be clearly defined and agreed upon upfront
  

Hiring Process

• We’re focused on finding the right long-term fit
• Final candidates may be asked to complete a short, paid test project using provided product before a long-term retainer is offered
