Shells Vintage Hat Co. is looking for a part-time Hat Model to support content creation and brand shoots.

This is not a traditional modeling role and not a high-fashion gig. We’re looking for someone who naturally fits the brand — someone who looks like they’d actually wear the hats on a Saturday.

This role is for someone who:

• Has a strong, natural look on camera (nothing overly posed or forced)
• Is preferably in their mid/late 20's or 30's
• Fits the brand: sports fan, social, easygoing, good energy
• Has solid hair (flow, curls, or just well-kept — hats + hair matter here)
• Is comfortable in front of a camera for photo and video content
• Can take direction but also bring their own personality to shoots
• Is reliable and easy to work with
  

You’ll help with things like:

• Product photos (website, ads, social)
• Lifestyle shoots (game days, golf, going out, etc.)
• Short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, ads)
• Occasional pop-ups or in-person events
  

Structure & Compensation

• Part-time, flexible shoot-based work
• Paid per shoot, hourly, or compensated with free hats/beer/food/golf (most likely when starting)
• Opportunity for ongoing work if it’s a good fit
  

Hiring Process

• We’re looking for anyone that fits the brand and description
• Initial outreach will focus on look, vibe, and overall fit
• Interview not required. We will hire based on looks and fit for the brand.
