To keep your snaps looking crisp:

1. Spot Clean First: Start light. A little mild soap and a soft brush go a long way on sweat or dirt spots.

2. Hand Wash (Best Option): Fill a sink with warm water and some detergent. Let it soak for a few minutes.

3. Machine Wash (If You Have To): Use a cap cage if you are really worried about the shape. Cold water, a pod, and the gentle cycle. No spin, no heat — it’ll mess with the shape. Never throw a hat in the washing machine.

4. Dishwasher Hack: Top rack only, cold water, no heated dry. It works, but heat can warp the brim if you use this option too much.

5. Dry It Right: Snap in place over a rolled up towel (fold it in half before you roll it). Air dry in the shade so it doesn’t discolor the hat. Never toss it in the dryer.

6. Store Smart: Keep your hat somewhere cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight so it keeps its color and crisp shape.
