Great product which was well worth the wait. The Owner was in regular communication with me about the status of the order. He even threw in a free koozie and T-shirt which was well beyond my expectations. The only reason this review did not accompany 5 stars, is because the WV flag, on the side, did not have the navy blue boarder around it. Therefore, a white patch on an off-white hat kinda blends in.
The hat when delivered was absolutely beautiful and well made!! I had some trouble with sending and receiving the hat but the employees were so kind and helpful!! They communicated with me the whole time and stayed in contact until I received it!
